We are fortunate to run a business in an industry that we are truly passionate about, Personal Development.
Rob was born in the US, grew up in Canada. Jana was born and raised in the Czech Republic, has been living in Canada since she was 20 years old. We now live in a small town in the Okanagan, British Columbia raising our daughter.
When Rob’s job came to an end, we saw it as a turning point. Not just a challenge, but an opportunity. Instead of searching for another traditional role, we made a bold decision to start working together and pursue a completely new path. We knew we wanted more than just another job. We wanted a lifestyle that gave us the freedom to work from anywhere, without sacrificing precious time with our young daughter and an opportunity to go see Jana's aging mom without putting our life on hold. Our vision was simple: to create a life on our terms, filled with family, flexibility, and the freedom to travel the world together.
We are passionate about working with motivated men and women who want to create this level of freedom and flexibility in their own lives.
THE PROBLEM THAT LED US HERE:
Rob:
After a successful 17 year career in sales, I found myself working harder than ever, with long hours and growing pressure. My last role was in a niche market, and when the demand started to dry up, it became clear it was time for a change. But at 48, I knew the next step had to be intentional. Starting over in another traditional sales role meant rebuilding from scratch, cold calls, long days on the road, and more time away from my family.
Jana:
I had our daughter at 41, and postponed returning to full-time work for as long as I could. When she turned 7, I started thinking seriously about what kind of life I wanted to create. I knew I didn’t want to go back to the corporate grind. I wanted to be present for her before and after school, to have the time and energy for the moments that matter. The standard 9 to 5 just didn’t fit anymore. My mom's husband passed away around this time, and I needed the flexibility to fly to see her more often.
Together:
We began to ask: What if there is another way?
HOW DID WE GET HERE:
After years of working hard and pouring our energy into traditional careers, we realized we still weren’t living the life we truly envisioned.
We knew we wanted to work side by side, connect with positive, like-minded people, and build something we could be genuinely proud of, something with no limits. Global impact, time flexibility, personal growth, financial freedom, and the ability to travel were all part of the dream.
When we discovered this opportunity, it felt like everything finally aligned. Every piece of the puzzle fell into place, and we knew this was exactly what we had been searching for.
And so began our journey into a completely new way of working and living.
